In the face of the current pandemic that has shaken the world every person has been affected in their own way. Some are suffering from either battling the virus themselves or walking through the experience with a loved one or friend. Others have lost their jobs or businesses. Fear has gripped the world. For me personally nearly all of my engagements planned have been cancelled.
It has been challenging to schedule future events because of the uncertainty of gathering. I have enjoyed finding new ways to reach out with the skills I developed in my academic training at universities. Teaching online voice lessons has been fun and a creative outlet for me during this time. I have leaned on God for my source of provision, strength, and hope. There is hope. We are a resilient people and there will come a day when music will fill the hearts of people again. It may be different In how it is delivered but music will live on!
